Blueberry Breakfast Protein Smoothie


  • 1 1/2 cups filtered water or unsweetened hemp or almond milk
  • 3/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 dropper vanilla crème liquid stevia
  • 1 dropper milk chocolate liquid stevia
  • 2 teaspoons agave or coconut nectar
  • 1/2 cup baked yam with skin or 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon maca
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup fresh baby spinach


  • 1 rounded tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 rounded tablespoon ground golden flaxseed


In a high-powered blender, pour in the filtered water or hemp or almond milk. Add the blueberries, protein powder, cacao nibs, goji berries, vanilla stevia, chocolate stevia, agave or coconut nectar, yam or banana, maca, and cinnamon. Blend on low speed and then increase the speed to high for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add the spinach leaves and blend on low speed until all the leaves disappear. Pour into two 8-ounce glasses. Top with hemp seeds and ground flaxseed. Serve immediately. Eat your smoothie with a spoon.
