Cashew Date Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 172 g raw cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 10 minutes
- 2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 375 g water
- 56 g ice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
Preparation:
Once your cashews and dates have been soaked and drained add them to a high-powered blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until thick and creamy.
