Cashew Date Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 172 g raw cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours
  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 10 minutes
  • 2 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 375 g water
  • 56 g ice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt

Preparation:

Once your cashews and dates have been soaked and drained add them to a high-powered blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until thick and creamy.
