Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 banana1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Put the top on tightly. Turn the blender to a medium setting and blend until the ice is chopped and the mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
