Mandarin Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk, dairy or dairy-free
- 2 cup yogurt, dairy or dairy-free
- 8 mandarin oranges, peeled
- 2 frozen banana
- 4 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
