Post-workout Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 4 cups filtered water
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 2 green apple
- 1 half avocado
- 4 tbsp collagen powder
- 4 tbsp protein powder
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
