Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie


  • 2 cups unsweetened hemp milk or almond milk
  • 3/4 cup baked yam or pumpkin, peeled, or 3/4 cup canned yam or pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons agave or coconut nectar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of your desired sweetner
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons lucuma powder
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds


In a blender, place the milk first and blend it with the yam or pumpkin for 1 minute, or until smooth. Add the agave or coconut nectar, vanilla, sweetner, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, lucuma, palm sugar, and chia seeds. Blend on low speed, increasing to high speed for 1 minute, until smooth. Serve immediately with the hemp seeds on top.
